Behold, our first blog!

Where to meet for our first brain storming/planning session? Haltwhistle, the centre of Britain or Marrakech, the Red City of Morocco?......hmmm tricky decision. After much deliberation, soul-searching and climate checking, Marrakech won out. Funny that!

We now have a name '2posh2push', a route (Kochi to Shillong) and a fundraising letter, and all before the first glass of Moroccan vino!

Now begins the big push (ha, ha every pun intended) to gather as much spondoolies as humanly possible for the charities. Yes, you sitting on the sofa reading this, that means YOU

Thank you sooooo much to everyone who has sponsored us for the Rickshaw Run. I know it wasn't meant to be a race, but as a result of coming first, some lovely people have been true to their word and doubled their sponsorship. Including Gift Aid, our total is now a wopping Ł16,383.75 and that's before Dawn's Golf Tournament in Marrakech. Photos will be here and on our 2posh2push page very soon. It was an epic adventure with such highs and lows like I've never known before. Thank you to all those fellow RR-ers, but an extra big pat on the back to Matt and Vikash for doing an impossible job xx
